A criminal network of cyberneers that manipulates N.E.S.T. to their advantage. Tier IV, Strong Hold. Headquartered in District 3: Logan Park.

An enforcement arm of the Longshore Union used to keep Union interests secured. Tier IV, Strong Hold. They hold District 5: Bridgeport firmly.

An off-grid society that has rejected the technocratic intrusions of transhumanism. Tier III, Strong Hold. They have created an underground society beneath several districts.

A labor union that has controlled Las Flores Harbor for decades. Tier IV, Strong Hold. Nothing comes in or out of the harbor without a union tax.

A crime family that controls gambling in Amerius. Tier IV, Strong Hold. Based in District 1 with casinos along Gamblers Row.

A gang of narco traffickers that move drugs all over Last Rock. Tier II, Strong Hold. They operate out of District 6: The Brix.
Sugar Creek Gang

A burglar outfit that has earned a reputation on the streets. Tier III, Strong Hold. They operate in District 2: Wicker Heights.

A vicious, murderous gang of elitists that abuse power and wealth for their own benefit. Tier V, Strong Hold. The true power behind the Federation.
