Made-to-order. Defect-only on this site, 30 days through Instagram and Facebook. Plain English.

▸ Shipping

5–7 business days, US standard.

Timeline: 5–7 business days to US addresses, standard shipping. Production time is included in that estimate — every apparel item is printed when you order it.
Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Expedited shipping: not currently offered. Seasonal promotions (free shipping during holiday windows) are announced through the newsletter.
International orders: ship via local carriers after handoff; transit times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility.

▸ Returns & Replacements

We replace damaged or incorrect items at our cost.

This section covers orders placed on ragesixgames.com. Orders bought through Instagram or Facebook checkout are covered separately — see below.

Defects, damage in transit, or wrong item: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll ship a replacement at our cost. You don’t need to return the original.
Sizing exchanges and change-of-mind returns: not accepted. Every apparel item is printed when you order it — returned items can’t be resold. Defect-only returns let us keep prices honest and lead times short.
Undeliverable or refused packages: returned to the fulfillment facility and held 30 days. We’ll email you to coordinate reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply for the second send). After 30 days, unclaimed returns go to charity.

▸ Instagram & Facebook Orders

Bought through Instagram or Facebook? You get 30 days.

30-day returns: orders placed through checkout on Instagram or Facebook are covered by Meta Purchase Protection, which requires a 30-day return window. We honor it, including change-of-mind returns — even though the item was printed for you.
How to start one: open the order in the Instagram or Facebook app and request a return there, or email us with your order number and we’ll handle it.
Why the difference: selling inside those apps means playing by their rules, and their rules are more generous than ours. We would rather state that plainly than quietly apply the wrong policy to your order.

Check sizing carefully.

Because sizing exchanges aren’t available, double-check the size chart on the product page before checkout. If the size chart doesn’t answer your question, email us before you order — we’ll help you pick correctly. It’s a lot cheaper than reprinting.
