Rollers are officers of the ruling class. Most officers have the ability to perform judgment. Tier IV, Weak Hold. Each district has a police yard.
Commissioner Daulton is a powerful force in law enforcement. He relies heavily on his officer corps for information and decisions. Laws are written in favor of the police, allowing draconian enforcement of the ruling class's authority.
Rollers are very interested in making a little side money like everyone else — preferably paid in untraceable Oz. A second district has fallen and the 'Wilding' is spreading. Police forces are thinning as more officers leave to join criminal enterprises.
