The Syndicate claims the Capital City as their own and is believed to influence the central government itself. They operate out of La Vista Nosta, a luxurious next-gen business and residential mega structure where they have claimed the top 12 floors for conducting business and private affairs.
Members of the Syndicate can be recognized by the white lotus often worn as an ornament or part of their wardrobe. Their president is a figure referred to only as The Hand.
The Syndicate has amassed significant wealth including a fleet of ships that move goods between cities. Their agents are extremely thorough, to a fault. They are in open war with the Boosters who have challenged their authority over the criminal class.
