The Brix has the densest population of all the districts. Several ghettos and poverty housing developments back against the industrial and manufacturing zones. Air quality is poor — residents commonly wear masks to recycle oxygen.
The streets are alive with activity, mostly violent street clashes between factions. Very little law enforcement leaves residents to practice their own interpretations of enforcement and judgment. This is the birthplace of the Underground.
Very dirty and dark. Shanty towers loom to the sky, blotting out sunlight. The surface level is cold, void of sun, and damp. Enormous industrial structures hum in the distance. An acidic aroma is thick in the air.
A place of little hope. The district has a way of grinding every bit of optimism out of an individual. Most who are born here, die here.
