Pilman Heights is a neon slum. What looks like nightlife from a distance is a tangle of drug parlors, back-alley quantum clinics, and unlicensed chop shops pushing counterfeit N.E.S.T. gear. The lights stay on because the designer narcotics trade never sleeps.
Dominated by the Sengix and splinter Awakened cells, Pilman Heights is where new wealth burns fast. Poor locals scrape by in the shadow of glass towers, while operators from richer districts come here to get what they can't get at home.
The streets glow in acid pinks and medical blues. Geometric rooftops stacked on top of crumbling concrete, holographic signage in a dozen languages, steam vents breathing neon fog into the alleyways.
