Logan Park is an emerging district attracting many different types of wealth. A large majority work in the Yards as machinists and laborers supporting the city's public works.
After the untimely death of the previous District Alderman, the new Alderman Garret Trennor has brought new credits and people willing to spend them. Current gentrification projects have injected new energy, but street gangs remain a problem.
Canaryville is a very poor neighborhood with multi-layered flop housing and shanties — densely packed and considered very dangerous. The toughest scoundrels claim this area as their home.
There is new management in place but it has only emboldened the criminals. Head on a swivel.
