Flossmor

Flossmor is an extremely poor shanty district. Dockworkers, longshoremen and their families make up the population. This is a rough district with high crime, substance abuse and broken families contributing to the large orphan population.

There is virtually no presence from authorities due to the violence. Rules are made up and enforced by mob rule and union pressure. The former Alderman was murdered and never replaced.

The streets are a dangerous and violent place with a self-imposed curfew. Only the worst of society operates after dark. The situation is deteriorating every day.
